1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TheCoder Code (code.thecoder.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions outlined here, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Permitted Use of Code Execution Sandbox
TheCoder Code provides interactive in-browser compilation and test execution for algorithmic problems. You agree to use this infrastructure strictly for legitimate educational, algorithmic, and interview preparation purposes.
You strictly agree NOT to submit code that attempts to:
- Escape, compromise, or circumvent container sandboxing boundaries;
- Execute denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or consume excessive server memory/CPU beyond allotted limits;
- Attempt unauthorized network requests, socket connections, or cryptocurrency mining;
- Scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of our backend infrastructure.
Any attempt to exploit or misuse execution resources will result in immediate termination of access and IP rate-limiting.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Code: You retain full ownership of all source code, algorithms, and solutions you submit to the platform.
Platform Content: All problem descriptions, editorial test suites, visual design assets, logos, and curriculum materials are the intellectual property of TheCoder and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
TheCoder Code is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the remote execution servers or web platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TheCoder, its maintainers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
